We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used parcels.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at evahairglam@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Send the item to the following return address:

  • Return postage will be paid by the customer.

  • Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
